We understand that no one wants their hard-earned holidays spoiled by accommodation booking policies. At our small Villa, we recognize that unexpected circumstances can lead to cancellations. To ensure transparency and fairness, our refund policy is straightforward:
 
Deposit:
To secure your booking, we require a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay. This will be charged to your credit card upon booking. Alternatively, you can opt to make a deposit via bank transfer and provide us with a copy of the deposit voucher or transfer receipt within 5 days of making your reservation. Reservations without a valid credit card or notification of payment within 5 days will be automatically cancelled.
 
Cancellations:
 
Over 30 days’ notice: Full refund
Between 8 to 30 days’ notice: 75% refund
Less than 7 days’ notice: Non-refundable
 
We appreciate your understanding that late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our small business. These policies enable us to maintain the quality of our services and ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
